Visiting Gallipoli
The Gallipoli peninsula — Anzac Cove, Lone Pine, Chunuk Bair and the Çanakkale Martyrs' Memorial — lies across the strait. Most visitors stay on the Çanakkale side and cross by ferry to Eceabat or Kilitbahir; the pier is about six minutes from us by car.
Because we never close, an early departure or a late return is not a problem: you can collect your car at any hour. For longer stays the car park is covered by cameras throughout.
Closer to hand, the Trojan Horse from the 2004 film stands on the seafront and the harbour restaurants are about five minutes north along the coast road.
